Refund policy
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
At EverCling Magnets, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at helloevercling@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a defective item or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For lost packages, customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to initiate a search or trace request. EverCling Magnets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but if the carrier confirms the package is lost, you may be eligible for a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another resolution at our discretion.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS / NON REFUNDABLE
Custom products: Unfortunately, all personalized items such as flexible magnets, fridge magnets, photo prints, and other custom-made products are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
ORDER CHANGES
Once an order has been placed, it is considered FINAL. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at helloevercling@gmail.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that changes can be processed once the order is in production or has shipped.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
